- **Do you supply ATEX- and IECEx-certified equipment for hazardous areas?** Yes. We source equipment to the certification your project specifies, including ATEX and IECEx, as well as UL, FM, CE or UKCA where required. The certification belongs to the product and its manufacturer; we match each item to your area classification and supply the certificates with the order.
- **Do you deliver outside Qatar?** Yes. We support customers across the GCC, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. We coordinate with freight forwarders, customs and local delivery teams to move material from the manufacturer to your site, and follow up until the order is complete.

Attach documents where you can; the more complete the enquiry, the more precisely we can match and price each item.
- **Do you work with contractors and traders?** Yes. We work with EPC and maintenance contractors, end-users, traders and other industrial customers. Whether you are bidding a project, buying for an operating plant or sourcing on behalf of a client, we quote against the same specification-led process and supply the documentation the end-user requires.
- **Can you supply valves complete with actuators?** Yes. We coordinate valve, actuator, positioner and accessories as one package. The actuator is sized against the valve's torque or thrust data with your specified safety margin, and set for the fail-safe action your control philosophy requires. Packages can include solenoids, limit switch boxes and air sets, with documentation that covers the complete assembly.
- **Do you supply cryogenic valves for LNG service?** Yes. We source cryogenic valves designed and tested for LNG temperatures, typically with extended bonnets that protect the stem packing from the cold. We confirm the design standard, cryogenic testing and documentation your specification requires, such as BS 6364, at the clarification stage, before quoting.
- **What information should a valve RFQ include?** Include the valve type, size and pressure class, end connections, body, trim and seat materials, design temperature and pressure, process fluid, operation (manual or actuated) and any fire-safe or fugitive-emission requirement. Add the valve datasheet or piping class, quantities, delivery location and required date. For spares, the tag number, nameplate photo or existing part number also helps.
- **Do you provide material test certificates?** Yes, where your specification requires them. We source items with the material test certificates the manufacturer issues, for example to EN 10204 type 3.1 or 3.2. State the certificate type in your RFQ so we can confirm it with each manufacturer before you order.
- **Which flowmeter suits custody transfer?** Multipath ultrasonic and Coriolis meters are widely used for gas and liquid custody transfer, with turbine and orifice systems still common. The meter is only part of it: custody transfer normally needs a complete metering system with flow computers, pressure and temperature compensation, verification arrangements and documentation. We quote these as engineered systems against your RFQ.
- **Can you supply complete metering skids?** Yes. We source gas, liquid, custody transfer and chemical injection metering systems as project RFQs. We review your specification, clarify meter runs, instrumentation and documentation requirements, and coordinate the technical and commercial offer together, with lead times aligned to your project schedule.
- **Should I choose a Coriolis or an electromagnetic flowmeter?** It depends on the fluid. Electromagnetic flowmeters measure conductive liquids such as water, effluent and many chemicals, with no obstruction and low cost in large sizes. Coriolis meters measure mass flow and density directly, and work on non-conductive fluids such as hydrocarbons, making them a common choice for batching and high-accuracy duties.
- **Which gas analyzers can you source?** We source analyzers for O₂, CO, CO₂, H₂, CH₄, NOx, SO₂, H₂S and NH₃, along with zirconia and paramagnetic oxygen analyzers in in-situ and extractive versions. We also source trace moisture and dew point analyzers, and sulfur analyzers for total sulfur, H₂S in gas and mercaptans. Each is paired with suitable sample conditioning.
- **Do you supply sampling systems with analyzers?** Yes. We source gas, liquid, steam and water sampling systems, including CEMS sample handling and systems for corrosive or high-pressure service. Sourcing the analyzer and its sampling system together means the conditioning, materials and safety features are matched to the measurement, which is where many analyzer problems start.
- **Can you supply steam and water analyzers for power plants?** Yes. We source silica, conductivity, pH, dissolved oxygen and other water chemistry analyzers for boiler feed, steam and condensate circuits, with steam and water sampling systems that cool and condition samples. These measurements protect boilers, turbines and heat-recovery steam generators from deposits and corrosion.
- **Do you supply continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMS)?** Yes. We source continuous emissions monitoring systems and their sample handling for stacks on power plants, furnaces and other combustion sources. Where your permit or specification requires certified systems, we source to the certification it names, such as EN 15267, and supply the certificates with the order.
- **Do I need fixed or portable gas detectors?** Most sites need both. Fixed detectors monitor process areas continuously and feed the fire and gas system for alarms and shutdowns. Portable and personal detectors protect individuals during maintenance, confined-space entry and work away from fixed coverage. We source both to your gas list, area classification and certification requirements.
- **Which gas detection technology suits my hazard?** Infrared (NDIR) detectors suit hydrocarbons and CO₂ in continuous duty, and do not need oxygen to work. Catalytic bead sensors measure flammable gases at LEL levels. Electrochemical cells cover toxic gases such as H₂S, CO and SO₂. PID sensors detect VOCs, and paramagnetic sensing measures oxygen.
- **Do you supply SIL-rated fire and gas detectors?** Yes. Where detectors form part of a safety instrumented function, we source devices with the SIL capability under IEC 61508 that your safety requirements specification sets. SIL certificates and safety manuals are supplied with the order, alongside the hazardous-area certification for each detector.
- **Can you supply IECEx-certified Ex d junction boxes in Qatar?** Yes. We source Ex d flameproof junction boxes, control stations and enclosures with IECEx or ATEX certification, to the zone, gas group, temperature class and ingress protection in your specification. Tell us the entries, terminal requirements and quantities, and we will match glands and accessories to the same rating.
- **What do zone, gas group and temperature class mean?** The zone says how likely an explosive atmosphere is: Zone 1 occasionally, Zone 2 rarely, with Zones 21 and 22 for dust. The gas group (IIA, IIB, IIC) ranks how easily the gas ignites. The temperature class (T1 to T6) caps the equipment's surface temperature. Ex equipment must match all three.
- **Do you supply Ex cable glands?** Yes. We source Ex cable glands and accessories, including stopping plugs, adaptors and reducers, certified to ATEX or IECEx. The gland must suit both the enclosure's protection concept and the cable type, such as armoured or unarmoured, so we confirm these with you before quoting.
- **Do you supply industrial electrical equipment for safe areas?** Yes. Alongside Ex equipment, we source control panels and MCCs, distribution boards, transformers, switchgear, VFDs, motors, cables and glands, junction boxes, industrial lighting, emergency and exit lighting, and earthing and lightning protection, to your electrical specification. Send your equipment schedule or bill of quantities and we will quote each line.
- **What PPE do you supply?** We source head, eye and face, hand, foot, respiratory and fall protection, and flame-resistant coveralls, to the standards in your site safety requirements. Send the item list with sizes and quantities, and we will match the breakdown and supply conformity certificates where your specification requires them.
- **Do you supply flame-resistant (FR) coveralls?** Yes. We source flame-resistant coveralls to the standard your safety department specifies, typically ISO 11612 for protection against heat and flame. Some sites add arc-flash or anti-static requirements. Include the standard, sizes and quantities in your enquiry and we will source to match.
- **Can you supply tools and consumables for shutdowns?** Yes. We source tools, PPE and consumables for planned maintenance and turnarounds alongside instrument, valve and electrical spares. Send your shutdown list early with quantities and required-on-site dates, and we will coordinate supply across product lines so materials arrive together, ready for the work window.
- **Can you coordinate freight and customs clearance?** Yes.
